Booking, pricing and the day itself

Every question

Booking

How soon can you come?
Half-day visits are usually bookable two days ahead and full days four days ahead. The job basket shows the earliest one before you send anything.
Can I book just one small job?
Yes. A single job is charged at the hourly rate with a one-hour minimum, so a dripping tap on its own is £56.

Pricing

How is the price worked out?
Each job has a set time. We add them up and charge whichever is cheapest: £56 an hour in half-hour steps, £190 for a half day or £340 for a full day.
What if it takes longer than the estimate?
The price you agreed is the price you pay for those jobs. If we open something up and find a bigger problem, we stop and ask before doing any more.

On the day

When will you arrive?
Morning visits arrive 08:00–10:00, afternoon visits 13:00–15:00 and full days 08:00–08:30. We text when we set off.
Who turns up?
One of our six employed handypeople, named in the confirmation text, in a marked van with photo ID.

Send us the list on your fridge.

Add the jobs, see the price and the earliest slot, and book. Or ring 01632 960 274 and read it out to us.
