What we hand on to other trades

We would rather send you to the right person than do a job badly. These go to a specialist, and we will tell you who.

Gas and boilers. Anything inside the boiler casing or on a gas pipe goes to a registered heating engineer.
New electrics. New sockets, circuits or lighting runs need an electrician. We swap a light fitting like for like.
Structural work. Knocking through, cracks that keep growing, sagging ceilings.
Front-door security. Lock upgrades and lockouts go to a locksmith.
Whole-room decorating. We do doors, woodwork and patches. Whole rooms go to a decorator.
